Goal scorer, Co-GM, Restaurateur?

Dallasbasketball.com’s Mike Fisher reports that Brett Hull and Mike Modano are going into the food biz together. D Magazine reported the working name is “Brett and Mo’s.”

Mo had this to say to Fish:

“Yeah, we’re going to try to have it ready in time for football season, for September,’’ Modano tells DallasBasketball.com. “It’ll be kind of an upscale sports-themed deal, a restaurant, and then a big room in back for the guys to hang out.’’

“Big room in the back for the guys to hang out.”  Careful fellas, if you take a rake at the poker table they’ll shut you down. What are the odds of seeing Trevor Daley and Steve Ott there after weekend home games? Yeah. Don’t tell your girlfriends.

Count me in, though! I’m sure I can afford to at least look in the window.
